Monster: Gorgon
Description: Occasionally a Nagini is born as a Gorgon instead of a normal Nagini. Gorgons are snake-women with snakes for hair. They possess all the abilities of a Nagini and more. She can paralyze people by making eye contact, her and her hair-snakes are also venomous. Gorgons are always female. They live with the same culture as the naga and nagini and can often be seen leading small groups of Naga and Nagini. Symptoms of the poison appear slowly and worsen over the duration. They include, fevers ranging from 105-109 degrees fahrenheit, severe nausea, lightheadedness, pins-and-needles pain everywhere, shaking/shivering, and eventually death.
Estimated Power: 68

Special Loot (if any): Their scales make for decent armor, and their eyes keep their petrifying ability even after their death. Although the power of their eyes rapidly weakens after their death and will stop working after a couple days.

Nagini/Naga Society: The Naga and Nagini are semi-nomadic hunters who travel in groups. They have their own homes underground, but these homes are not permanent. When food is scarce they change their hunting grounds and create new burrows closer to their new hunting grounds. The society is led by a Gorgon. If no Gorgons are present it is led by a Nagini, males are not allowed to rule. If there are multiple candidates for leadership, it is chosen by majority vote. Those who don't like the decision can leave (And they often do). Their small societies are often one female leading multiple males, typically when more than one female is in a group they are siblings or offspring of the leader. However it is not uncommon for these groups to merge and share leadership, or at least live close together, for the mutual benefit of safety in numbers.
